We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to be part of Lee's Auto Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain automobiles and trucks.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections and repairs.
  • Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and identify issues.
  • Conduct quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.
  • Ensure vehicles meet state inspection and emission testing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field.
  • Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to drive and operate manual transmission vehicles.
  • Diagnostic skills and knowledge of vehicle systems.

Other Duties:

  • Read and interpret manufacturer's drawings and manuals.
  • Basic computer and internet literacy.
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
  • Assist with front counter work and customer interactions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot shop equipment.
