Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lead Service Specialist. As a Fitness 19 brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting club memberships, and building lasting relationships with our members.

• Customer Service: Represent the Fitness19 brand by providing great customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales and Marketing: Sell and promote club memberships, both inside and outside the location, to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our member base.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Club Manager, District Manager, and other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Club Maintenance: Participate in team cleans and maintain a spotless facility to ensure a positive member experience.

• Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for health and fitness are essential for success in this role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with members, staff, and management.
• Team Player: A strong ability to work within a team and build lasting relationships with colleagues and members.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills and practices are necessary to meet sales and service goals.
• Availability: Willingness and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
