We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other nursing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (preferred).
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
