As a RN Dialysis Services professional, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitors and records patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- None required, but preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or other certifications as required by individual department.
