The Manager of Endpoint Engineering will be responsible for shaping the strategic vision, design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of endpoint management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Execution:
Formulate and communicate a detailed vision and strategy for endpoint management, focusing on security, reliability, and performance optimization. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain cutting-edge capabilities. - Technology & Vendor Management:
Establish and manage device standards, implement risk mitigation strategies, and oversee endpoint-related projects, ensuring successful upgrades, migrations, and deployments. - Operational Excellence:
Create and maintain thorough documentation for endpoint configurations and processes. Monitor metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in endpoint performance and support. - Results Focus:
Set high standards for yourself and your team, ensuring a strong focus on achieving goals and completing projects efficiently. - Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and mentor a team of Endpoint Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Manage staffing and performance coaching to meet project timelines and service expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required. A minimum of 5 years of technical engineering experience and 2-4 years in a leadership role is essential.
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in tools and OS platforms for endpoint design and policy management, including Intune, JAMF, SCCM, and Autopilot. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively.
Compensation Range:
The base pay range for this role is between $122,600 and $221,100, with a corporate bonus target of 15%. Actual pay will vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
