Your Role and Responsibilities

As an essential member of our team, you will:
  • Oversee a portfolio of retail clients, including workshops, and coordinate sales initiatives
  • Analyze market share and distribution to meet growth objectives
  • Keep abreast of market trends and provide insights for improving marketing strategies
  • Implement marketing initiatives through distributors and authorized resellers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Effectively address customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
  • Offer training and support to distributors and their personnel
About You

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Preferably an MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Finance
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and B2C sales
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a readiness to travel
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Active listening and robust problem-solving skills
