As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with their needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Keep the selling floor stocked and organized, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; BS degree in marketing or related field a plus.
  • Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role a plus.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and ability to stock and restock shelves.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
