About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. The successful candidate will develop discipline-related curricula, assess student learning, participate in program evaluation, and contribute to college activities. The instructor will maintain college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan.

Responsibilities

The Adjunct Instructor will:
  • Instruct college students in paralegal studies, developing and delivering curriculum that meets the needs of the program.
  • Assess student learning, using a variety of methods to evaluate student progress and understanding.
  • Participate in program evaluation, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to college activities, including committee work and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the minimum qualifications, which include a bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant teaching experience. A master's degree or higher is preferred. The successful candidate will also be required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
