Job Summary:

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Substance Use Disorder Therapist to join our team in providing care to individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders. As a member of our outpatient team, you will provide level of care assessments, individual and group therapy to adults, and work to incorporate the strengths of their supports in their environments to maintain their recovery efforts in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and clinical interventions for clients
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments to determine client's strengths, needs, and diagnosis
  • Complete documentation within the electronic health record in congruence with organizational policies and regulatory requirements to ensure quality indicators and productivity requirements are met
  • Engage with the clients' natural supports to strategize methods of supporting client goal progress and wellbeing and collaborate with members of the treatment team, community members, and third-party providers
  • Attend and participate in clinical, administrative, and community partner meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's in Human Services and 1 year of care delivery experience (experience with substance use disorders/co-occurring disorders preferred). Graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum
  • Licensure preferred:
LPC, LMFT, LCSW

  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Act 33/34/114 Clearances
