Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational flow of machinery and equipment in the designated area.
  • Ensure product quality and proper identification in accordance with Lactalis standards.
  • Adhere to all Food Safety Management system protocols.
  • Operate machinery at designated speeds while minimizing interruptions.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high-volume production efficiency.
  • Execute product changes and prepare machine setups with precise measurements for various packaging types.
  • Perform assigned sanitation tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take immediate corrective measures for any products that do not meet quality specifications.
  • Contribute to ongoing process enhancements and performance improvements.
  • Participate in audits and uphold compliance with ISO22000/ISO9001/HACCP standards.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as directed by supervisors.
  • Assist in operating the line and provide support to other operators and supervisors as needed.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Education:

High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in the food industry or food manufacturing is preferred.

Specialized Knowledge:

Basic mathematical skills and the ability to compute averages.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
