This role is based in Geisinger Medical Clinic Scenery Park, offering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000, reflecting the complexity of the role and the expertise required. Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Geisinger Health System, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans
* Conducting patient evaluations and assessments
* Ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting results
* Prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, and have basic life support certification. A strong understanding of clinical policies and standards, patient assessment and care, and patient safety is also essential. Additionally, you should be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania and have experience in a similar role.
