Key Accountabilities:

Provide comprehensive assessments, manage members through acute medical situations, and ensure accurate documentation. You will also communicate effectively with the care team and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements: A Master of Science in Nursing degree, active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, and certification in one of the specified areas are necessary for this role. You must also have current DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it post-hire.
