We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Phoenix, AZ location. This is a per diem/PRN position that requires night shift availability from 7:00pm-7:30am.

Overview

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with medically complex patients and provide high-quality patient care experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit, conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment, documenting using appropriate systems, interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, ensuring medical orders are transcribed accurately, and participating in Rapid Response and code events.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning

You will assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans to ensure each patient feels informed, understood, and heard. Your passion for delivering superior quality care and ability to think creatively will make you an asset to our team.

Clinical Expertise

You will utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, manage medication, and perform various procedures as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams will be essential in providing exceptional patient care experience.

Care Coordination

You will coordinate patient care services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote seamless transitions between care settings. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure efficient care coordination.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid State RN License and BLS certification at hire. Additionally, ACLS certification is required within 6 months of hire. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $52.00 + shift differentials for nights and weekends, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced nurses looking to advance their careers or gain valuable experience working with complex patients.
