Your Role

We're seeking a reliable Safety Guardian to join our team. As a Safety Guardian, you will be responsible for protecting client property from theft or damage, and persons from hazards or interference. You will make periodic tours to check for irregularities and inspect property, preserving order and enforcing client rules or regulations as needed.

• Communication: Effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats.
• Property Protection: Safeguard client property and ensure the well-being of individuals on site.
• Patient Observation: Conduct thorough observations of video material and report incidents or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Emergency Response: Respond professionally and calmly to emergencies, making split-second decisions when necessary.
• Tasks and Duties: Carry out specific tasks and duties as required, working independently or as part of a team.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Related experience is preferred, and an active Guard Card is required. A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record is also necessary.

Working Conditions

• Shift Requirements: Work varied shifts, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends, depending on location needs.
• Volatile Situations: Deal with hostile, irrational, emotionally distraught, or mentally ill individuals, and respond to emergent situations.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, sit, and talk regularly; occasionally sit, climb, or balance.
