About the Role

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is a leading wine and spirits distributor in North America, with a 50+ year legacy of success. We're seeking a skilled Principal Solution Analyst UKG to join our team and help drive our technology strategy forward.

As a key member of our Solution Analyst team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology solutions meet the needs of our business. This includes designing and configuring platforms to support business requirements, documenting requirements in business requirements documents (BRD), and providing a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests.

You will work closely with subject matter experts to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Your strong business acumen, application domain knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business language will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure platforms to support business requirements
  • Document requirements in business requirements documents (BRD)
  • Provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively in both technical and business language

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence
  • 5+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT understanding business processes and needs
  • High level of experience in systems development lifecycle models such as Agile or other traditional project management principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them
