We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Host Greeter to join our team at Sonesta Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus in a timely and courteous manner.
- Checkout and Payment Processing: Perform accurate and efficient checkout procedures, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Service Standards and Quality: Maintain high standards of service quality, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
