Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and refine financial models, long-term forecasts, and projections to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Provide in-depth analyses of financial performance, variances, and trends, offering actionable insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial planning with operational strategies and priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant exposure to private equity-backed organizations and the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $150,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
