Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Hard Rock Cafe. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
