Maintenance Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Medline Industries. This role will oversee and manage the maintenance and housekeeping departments, ensuring the effective operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, as well as the development and mentorship of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal facility performance and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and projects to meet facility needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and develop corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, and directing staff.
- Experience in liquid filling in cGMP, FDA environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,280 to $123,760. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

- Move product, supplies, and boxes up to 75 lbs.
