Salary

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.25 - $28.25 per hour, with the potential for bonuses and incentives. This role is eligible for our competitive total rewards package, which includes benefits such as health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and more.

Job Description

This position is responsible for planning and scheduling cycle counts, training and mentoring facility team members on proper inventory processes, and reviewing Material Movement Exception Reports to ensure accuracy. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with warehouse team members, operations management, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst, or equivalent enterprise and warehouse management systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
