Behavior Therapist

At Butterfly Effects, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with children on the autism spectrum, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies, building rapport with clients, and assisting with daily activities. Your expertise will help clients develop essential skills, such as communication, sharing, and self-care.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17-19 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field. Additionally, we provide paid 40-hour RBT training, drive time reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and certification.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess empathy, critical thinking skills, effective communication, and patience. You will also be required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a web-enabled device for completing the hiring process and note-taking during sessions.
