About the Position:
  • Serve as the Acting Manager on Duty, supervising store activities in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting guests in a timely manner.
  • Accurately operate the Point-of-Sale system, manage cash transactions, and apply applicable discounts.
  • Engage in both onsite and online training sessions to enhance understanding of management strategies and company offerings.
  • Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol and tobacco sales, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to protocols.
  • Mentor and assist sales associates in providing exceptional customer service and adhering to store policies.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of store cleanliness and assist in restocking merchandise on shelves and in coolers.
  • Provide gift wrapping and carry-out services for products, as well as manage weekly inventory deliveries.
  • Complete designated tasks as instructed by store management.
Job Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience and/or training.
Physical Demands:
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Occasional use of ladders and step stools may be required.
