We are seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team at Hyopsys LLC. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing opportunities, and producing reports for client evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining CRM
- Build quotes and work with Sales Engineering staff to build quotes
- Set standards for clients
- Daily management and tracking of time, tickets, activities, and tasks
- Provide client budgets
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Overall business development
- Identify and skillfully recommend improvements in client environments
- Proactively engage with team to maintain client environments
- Quickly and knowledgeably solve client issues
- Solicit and share client/prospect feedback
- Assist in documentation efforts around our product offerings and internal knowledge base
- Effectively assist entire team with product knowledge
- Visit local client sites when needed
- Work with leadership to consolidate efforts and get results
- Work with team to build roadmaps
- Understand, follow, and improve SOPs
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM (customer relationship management tool) required
- Must understand how to track Opportunities and Sales Activities
- Experience with ticketing system(s) a plus
- Background in desktop, system and network admin is a plus
- Enjoy moving around and interacting with clients
- Best practice conversations as it relates to Service Delivery, Infrastructure Uptime, Performance, and Security

Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, Technical school, certifications or similar
Experience working in a client service-oriented position a major plus
General knowledge and ability to speak about evolving IT products and processes including but not limited to:
- Hardware
- Network fundamentals & design
- Licensing
- Security
- Backup & DR
- Cloud services
- File/Print Services
