Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Saint Alphonsus Health System. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Monitor patients during scans and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Computed Tomography (CT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
