  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of Wealth Advisors and assistants to achieve sales, revenue, and expense goals.
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow Assets Under Management.
    • Recruit, train, and motivate Wealth Advisors to cover key target markets.
  • Wealth Management
    • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing investment advice and recommending appropriate products.
    • Identify and attract new clients, establishing relationships with centers of influence.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage the operations center, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and laws.
    • Develop and implement departmental performance targets, including revenue, net contribution, and quality assurance.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Partner with commercial and retail business units to deliver wealth management solutions.
    • Implement marketing strategies to grow IB Wealth and report on their success.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure all Investment Advisors and Licensed Bank Employees are aware of and trained on compliance and regulatory issues.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of products, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in investment sales and financial services.
    • Five or more years of investment sales experience, with program management experience preferred.
    • Five to seven years of human resource management/leadership experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Series 6, 7, and 24 licenses, life and disability insurance licenses for states of operation.
    • CFP designation preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills.
    • Superior presentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with a wide range of Bank personnel and customers.
    • PC skills and ability to use software applications.
