- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow Assets Under Management.
- Recruit, train, and motivate Wealth Advisors to cover key target markets.
- Wealth Management
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, providing investment advice and recommending appropriate products.
- Identify and attract new clients, establishing relationships with centers of influence.
- Operational Management
- Manage the operations center, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and laws.
- Develop and implement departmental performance targets, including revenue, net contribution, and quality assurance.
- Partnerships and Collaboration
- Partner with commercial and retail business units to deliver wealth management solutions.
- Implement marketing strategies to grow IB Wealth and report on their success.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all Investment Advisors and Licensed Bank Employees are aware of and trained on compliance and regulatory issues.
- Conduct periodic reviews of products, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in investment sales and financial services.
- Five or more years of investment sales experience, with program management experience preferred.
- Five to seven years of human resource management/leadership experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications
- Series 6, 7, and 24 licenses, life and disability insurance licenses for states of operation.
- CFP designation preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- Superior presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with a wide range of Bank personnel and customers.
- PC skills and ability to use software applications.
