Job Description - Intelligence Operations Specialist:
Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for multiple Intelligence Operations Specialist roles.
Applicants must possess or be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph examination and be prepared to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Intelligence Operations Specialists are tasked with overseeing and directing the execution of collection operations, ensuring that the gathered intelligence is woven into a comprehensive narrative.
This narrative, which includes intricate and specialized multi-INT information, must be effectively communicated to a diverse audience of stakeholders, both in written form and during formal and informal briefings.- Throughout this process, Specialists must be adept at identifying information gaps and proactively addressing them.
Essential skills for success include the ability to collaborate within a team environment, often under pressure.
Intelligence Operations Specialists must think critically and convey complex information accurately, clearly, and within the broader context of ongoing efforts.
Candidates should be experienced in drafting and distributing written Requests for Information (RFIs). The ability to deliver concise and clear briefings is a crucial skill for this role.Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree along with 4-8 years of relevant professional experience is required. Candidates with a Master's degree and 2-6 years of experience are highly preferred. Previous experience in intelligence is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is between $68,000 and $124,550. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation or salary.
Factors influencing the offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity, along with market data and applicable regulations.
