We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a partnering hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Respiratory Therapist position that requires a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner with 1-2 years of acute care experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, ability to handle a multi-task environment, and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given.
  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
