Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. With a strong focus on patient care, you will be working in a 14 bed remotely monitored unit that primarily cares for those with cardiac diagnosis and pre/post heart catheterizations.

This role offers opportunities for cross-training within the oncology and nephrology units at Cabarrus, allowing you to expand your skills and expertise. Additionally, you can obtain certifications in cardiac, nephrology, and oncology while working on this unit.

The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader.

As a nurse on this team, you will:

  • Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation
  • Analyze the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation
  • Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes
  • Implement the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment

The salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
