\t* Associate's or vocational degree in a health-related field preferred
\t* Licensed Emergency Medical Tech (EMT) - MN Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board required if working in MN
\t* Licensed Emergency Medical Tech (EMT) - WI - Emergency Medical Services required if working in WI
\t* Medical terminology preferred

\t* Strong communication and teamwork skills
\t* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

\t* Ability to work up to every other weekend as needed
\t* No on-call requirements
\t* No clinician floating within scope to meet facility needs

\t* Locals accepted within a 100-mile radius
\t* Pending license accepted
\t* RTO restrictions: ideally no more than 5 days
\t* Guaranteed hours: client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time
