Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at Serenite Hospitality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked kitchen.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence.
