With a solid and devoted clientele, we are a progressive yoga brand committed to accessibility and poised for expansion.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Studio Operations Manager to spearhead our center's success. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our studio.

In collaboration with the Franchise owner and a team of professionals, the Studio Operations Manager will concentrate on membership growth, community engagement, co-branding initiatives, and establishing partnerships with local enterprises.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and enhance all revenue channels, including Membership Sales, Lead Generation, Retail, and Instructor Training.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and provide supervision to Wellness Advisors and Instructors.
  • Recruit and manage all teaching personnel at the studio.
  • Strategically direct marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients, fostering engagement, and ensuring retention and loyalty.
  • Organize and participate in community networking events and studio promotions.
  • Lead grassroots marketing collaborations to increase guest traffic.
  • Work closely with the Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure studio health and profitability.
  • Manage the studio's social media presence on various platforms.


Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail/service sales or fitness sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and follow up on leads.
  • Proficiency in managing and driving multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
  • Experience in successfully supervising personnel.
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in effective sales techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills coupled with a passion for fitness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Adeptness in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes judiciously.
  • High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and studio management software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the community.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and neatness.
  • Capacity to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
