Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Administer the workers' compensation program and manage claims.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and four years of health and safety experience, or an associate's degree and two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • A competitive salary range of $62,000 to $85,000 per year.
