The estimated annual salary for this position is around $70,000 based on experience and location in Safford, AZ.

As an LPCC - Counselor, you will work as part of our primary care team, providing standardized counseling/talk therapy to patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions and/or substance abuse.

You will be responsible for addressing other social needs of patients and utilizing area referral sources for needed specialty care, hospitalization, or advance psychiatric assessments and treatments.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proof of highest level of education completed but not less than high school education or equivalent as recognized by an approved government accreditation association.
• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrates two (2) or more years of recent outpatient mental health counseling experience, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
