Leadership Development Project Lead

Holman Enterprises, a global automotive services organization, is seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our Leadership Development team.

Job Summary

The Project Lead will be responsible for supporting the overall Leadership Development Strategy plan, overseeing the successful execution and delivery of Leadership program logistics, and participating in a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the overall Leadership Development Strategy plan
  • Oversee successful execution and delivery of Leadership program logistics
  • Participate in a diverse range of projects, including consultation, needs analysis, planning, design/development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Engage with stakeholders to increase awareness and utilization of leadership programs
  • Create and execute the distribution of internal communications of learning programs and other change initiatives
  • Prepare business cases, presentations, and other communication materials
  • Contribute to best practices, process improvement, and the effective use of analytics to measure and optimize the performance and impact of leadership programs
  • Serve as a resource to team members and applicable stakeholders on leadership development best practices
  • Collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future leadership programs
  • Assist with facilitation of relevant content to diverse audiences using adult learning techniques
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' progressive experience in corporate learning capacity developing, delivering, analyzing, and measuring learning programs
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing project plans
  • Possess knowledge and experience in Leadership Development program design
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills required
  • Change management knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
