Nurse - Float Pool Evening

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
