Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the community management team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage all financial operations of the community, focusing on budgeting, financial reporting, rent collection, and enhancing profitability.
  • Supervise the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience from applicant screening to outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the community, addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • A minimum of 3 years in property management, with at least 1 year in a community management role.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and Affordable Housing regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities.
