As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining our large and growing portfolio of vacation homes. Responsibilities
  • Perform light home maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging toilets.
  • Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure properties are clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage a budget for your portfolio and perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Resolve escalated guest and homeowner concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with the Business Development Representative to ensure seamless onboarding of new units.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management.
Requirements
  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Professional communication skills, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
  • Frequent traveling between worksites, requiring reliable transportation.
  • Occasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
