Hospice Care Specialist

CorsoCare Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Aide to join our team. As a Hospice Aide, you will provide personal care and related services to patients in their homes, promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Assist with nourishment and fluid needs, including preparing meals and offering fluids.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Maintain a clean, healthful, and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Currently certified as a CNA in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of Hospice Aide experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
- CPR certification preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
