Position Overview:

At Park City Mountain, we prioritize exceptional service, and our Product Sales Team Supervisors play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable experiences.

By overseeing the sale of various resort services, including lift passes, lessons, and childcare, our approachable team members are essential in creating memorable adventures for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort offerings, policies, and operations, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Lead daily product sales operations, including opening and closing tasks, scheduling, and sales oversight
  • Assist in recruiting, supporting, and training product sales team members
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition
  • Address guest inquiries, comments, and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Oversee sales facilities, equipment, and inventory management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or ticket sales
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Fluency in English
  • Flexible availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs
