Nurse Specialist in Transplant Cellular Therapy

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Transplant Cellular Therapy at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process / outcomes for the Stem Cell Transplant and hematologic disorders patients.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
- 1 year experience in an acute care hospital required.
- Experience in Stem Cell Transplant Therapy or Oncology preferred.
- Prior experience working within a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program is highly preferred.
- Florida RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN License required within 90 days of hire.
