Job Overview

The Pre-ETS Engagement Lead is a key role in the successful execution of project/engagement deliverables and statement of work. This position is responsible for implementing projects in new states, managing project scope, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interdepartmental teams to complete multiple assigned project/engagements on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop existing client relationships, drive revenue growth, and strengthen connections within client organizations.
  • Suggest strategies, outline tasks involved in the project, and delegate accordingly.
  • Conduct cost analysis, estimate expected costs for the project, and prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
  • Proactively track and communicate status, risks, issues, and opportunities as appropriate, and provide recommendations for mitigation or development to both client and internal project teams.
  • Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors, and address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems, and implement new and improved processes and procedures from sales through delivery.
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership to both external clients and internal project teams, and identify and leverage team members' skill sets and strengths for efficient teamwork and quality deliverables.
  • Mentor Career Advocates, understand their skill sets, strengths, and areas for improvement, and continuously learn new tools to improve how we work and deliver on client objectives and contribute thought leadership through experience.
