About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Rail Transit Leader to join our Transportation division at STV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex rail and transit projects, developing and implementing business strategies, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage rail and transit projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our rail and transit practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, including project management, engineering, and design services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Manage and develop a team of project managers and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including government agencies, private companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rail and transit project management, including at least 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical expertise in rail and transit engineering, including project management, engineering, and design services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
