Salary and BenefitsThis role offers an estimated annual salary of $83,000, based on national averages for Registered Nurses in Texas. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service).
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse Mother Baby, you will play a critical role in delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consistently applying the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
- Collaborating with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Providing communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
- Demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- One year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, preferably in maternal healthcare.
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
