Financial Planning & Data Analytics Services
Since pioneering corporate finance-based planning in the healthcare sector, we have developed numerous strategic financial and capital plans for healthcare systems nationwide. Position Overview
We are seeking skilled financial planning professionals to join our team, where you will assist or lead client engagements under the guidance of senior leadership. Initially, your focus will be on developing and executing financial and capital plans. As part of our integrated client-centric approach, you will also work on designing comprehensive capital allocation processes and support various aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. In a short time, you will be expected to manage client relationships and oversee the daily development of financial models, credit analysis, and the preparation of client presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare credit and debt capacity assessments.
  • Stay informed on contemporary healthcare industry trends, including healthcare reform and market dynamics.
  • Structure and analyze historical data to develop financial projections using our software suite.
  • Translate complex corporate finance concepts into clear insights and recommendations for various stakeholders.
  • Align strategic initiatives with corporate finance principles by quantifying and prioritizing key projects.
  • Identify client needs that extend beyond our Financial Planning & Data Analytics services.
  • Contribute to research supporting the firm’s thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage specific engagement tasks and deliverables, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience for the Senior Associate role, or a minimum of seven years for the Assistant Vice President role, in areas such as Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, with a strong focus on healthcare financial planning.
  • Proficient technical skills in accounting and finance.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling abilities, with experience in financial analysis, valuation, and discounted cash flow methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of net present value analysis and its application in business decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop financial projections.
  • Experience in crafting financial and capital plans.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Adept at interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must have work authorization that does not require future visa sponsorship.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A CFA or a master’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment
  • Travel may be required: 10-15%.
  • This role can be performed in a hybrid setting, combining office and remote work.
  • Work is conducted in various environments, including client settings and standard office spaces.
