Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival and assist them with service check-in.
- Perform a comprehensive vehicle inspection and document any pre-existing conditions or concerns.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and accurately record service requests.
- Provide customers with clear explanations regarding necessary services, repairs, and maintenance.
- Prepare and present service estimates, securing customer approval before proceeding with any work.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process, offering updates on progress and additional recommendations.
- Collaborate with technicians to guarantee timely and precise completion of service tasks.
- Review completed service orders to confirm that all requested work has been executed and quality standards are upheld.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage any concerns to ensure a positive service experience.
- Keep the service area clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Process transactions, including payments and warranties, with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience with Subaru vehicles is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
