Role Overview:
As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise in Human Resources to lead and shape our risk management strategies. Your role will involve building strong partnerships with HR business process owners to identify, evaluate, and mitigate various operational and compliance risks within the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business process owners to provide risk consulting and guidance on effective control design to minimize risks.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-wide policies, standards, and regulatory changes in partnership with process owners.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, ensuring control effectiveness across processes.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to develop, implement, and monitor procedures and controls that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and action planning, monitoring remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote a robust risk management culture through the effective execution of Corporate Risk Programs, Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field. Alternatively, 6+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

We value additional experience, including:

  • 6+ years in Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • International HR experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position typically ranges from $75,500 to $127,000, with additional incentives as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this role.
