Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting Guests with a Smile: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, setting the tone for their visit.
  • iTero Scanner Training and Usage: Learn and master the use of our advanced iTero scanner to capture precise digital impressions.
  • Prepping and Educating Guests: Prepare patients for their dental exams and educate them on their treatment options.
  • Assisting Dentists: Support our dentists with all procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process.
  • Sterilizing Instruments: Maintain a clean and sterile environment by properly sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Preparing Treatment Rooms: Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and ready for patients, including setting up necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Recording Medical History: Accurately record patients' medical history and treatment plans.
  • Performing X-rays: Take high-quality X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Charting Treatments: Document patients' existing and recommended treatments.
  • Performing Other Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Dental Assistant License: Possess a current and active RDA license.
  • Current CPR Certification: Hold a current CPR certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel to new acquired offices, as needed.
