Key Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
Consistently and safely operates machinery at or above standard performance levels, focusing on waste reduction, quality assurance, efficiency, and utilization.
Diagnoses, identifies, and resolves machine-related issues through appropriate adjustments to various machine components.
Develops innovative solutions to production challenges.
Provides support and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Completes necessary end-of-shift documentation, tracking crewing time, machine operation time, and production quantities.
Capable of inspecting and identifying defective products and making machine adjustments to rectify the causes of defects.
Adheres to all housekeeping, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
Demonstrates mechanical aptitude, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
Strong manual dexterity.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail in record-keeping as per prescribed frequency.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Analytical skills.
Basic math skills for recording production data.
Basic troubleshooting skills to address minor machine issues.
Familiarity with production measurement tools.
Understanding of product quality standards.
Knowledge of Thermoforming machine principles.
