Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, utilizing data to inform treatment decisions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio
  • ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, and NBCOT certifications
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, with a focus on adult and pediatric populations
