Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a hospital setting in the Coshocton, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Ohio OT license.

Responsibilities:

* Perform and document initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet required frequency of visits
* Communicate patient progress with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team
* Educate patients and families on proposed treatment plans and progress
* Supervise activities of assistants, students, and support personnel as needed
* Plan and assist in patient discharge

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy
* Valid Ohio OT license
* Ability to work in a typical clinical environment and lift/assist patients as needed
